Shipping policy

Everything at Little Threads is made to order: each item is printed just for you by our print partner, so it isn't sitting on a shelf waiting to go. Orders are usually printed and dispatched within a few working days. Busy times like the run-up to Christmas can take a little longer, so it's worth ordering early.

UK delivery

UK delivery £4.99, free over £50.

• Standard: £4.99
• Standard, orders of £50 or more: free
• Express: £6.99

International delivery

• EU countries: £14.99
• Selected other countries (including the US, Canada, Australia and New Zealand): £23.99

The countries we deliver to, and the exact price for your order, are shown at checkout. Orders sent outside the UK may have import duties or taxes added by the destination country, which are the buyer's responsibility.

Tracking and problems

Once your order is on its way, we'll email you a shipping confirmation with tracking where available. If your parcel hasn't turned up, or arrives damaged, please get in touch through our contact form or email littlethreads.shop.uk@gmail.com and we'll sort it out. See our refund policy for faulty or damaged items.
