1. About us

This website, littlethreads090.myshopify.com, is operated by Little Threads ("we", "us", "our"), an online clothing shop based in England. You can contact us at littlethreads.shop.uk@gmail.com or through our contact form. These terms apply to your use of our website and to any order you place with us. Please read them before ordering.

2. Our products

We sell clothing, including jumpers, hoodies and t-shirts, that is printed to order by our print partner. We try to show colours and designs as accurately as possible, but colours on screen can vary and small variations in print position or shade may occur. Sizes are shown in the size guide on each product page.

3. Personalised items

If you order a personalised item, you are responsible for checking that the text, spelling and size you enter are correct. We will print what you enter. You must not ask us to print anything that is offensive, unlawful or that infringes someone else's rights, and we may cancel and refund any such order.

4. Placing an order

When you place an order you'll receive an email confirming we've received it. Our contract with you is formed when we accept your order and it goes into production. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is unavailable, there is an obvious pricing error, or we suspect fraud. If we do, we'll let you know and refund any payment in full.

5. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP). Delivery charges are shown at checkout before you pay (UK delivery £4.99, free over £50). Payment is taken when you place your order and is processed securely through Shopify's checkout and its payment providers. We never see or store your full card details.

6. Delivery

Delivery options, prices and typical timescales are set out in our shipping policy. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed, but we'll always do our best to get your order to you promptly.

7. Cancellations, returns and refunds

Your right to cancel, and how returns and refunds work, are explained in our refund policy. Personalised items can't be returned for a change of mind, but your rights for faulty, damaged or incorrect items always apply.

8. Your legal rights

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

9. Our liability

We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for loss or damage that is not foreseeable, or for any business losses, as our products are for domestic and private use. We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

10. Using our website

All designs, images and text on this website belong to Little Threads or are used with permission, and may not be copied or reused without our consent. You agree not to misuse the website, for example by trying to gain unauthorised access to it or interfering with how it works. We may update or change the website at any time.

11. Privacy

We use your personal information only as described in our privacy policy.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version shown on this page when you place an order is the one that applies to that order.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. You can bring legal proceedings in the courts of England and Wales, or, if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, in the courts of the place where you live.
